1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AdClaw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AdClaw is a SaaS product that connects to your Google Ads account and provides AI-powered analytics and insights via a Telegram bot. The Service uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to interpret your advertising data and answer questions in natural language.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to connect a Google Ads account to use the Service. By using AdClaw, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account & Subscription

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and managed through Polar.sh. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Google Ads Access

AdClaw requests read-only access to your Google Ads account. We do not create, modify, pause, or delete any campaigns, ad groups, ads, or keywords. You may revoke access at any time via your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
• Share your account credentials or Telegram link code with others
• Use the Service to process data you are not authorized to access

7. AI-Generated Content

Responses from the AdClaw bot are generated by Claude AI based on your Google Ads data. These responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advertising, financial, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the bot's output.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store your Google Ads refresh token encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We do not sell your data to third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated insights will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or advertising spend decisions made based on bot responses.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
